II. Before the original factory, the reducer has been filled with grease No.0, and the star discharger has been filled with lithium grease. Within 6-10 six months after delivery, the transmission system and rolling bearing components should be filled or removed with vegetable grease. If the working temperature is high, the dust in the air is too heavy, the oil change time should be reduced as much as possible.
III. in the whole process of application, if the machine and equipment are in the condition of radial ventilation and ash leakage, it can be firmly pressed with the material cover.
IV. in the whole process of operation, to prevent over weight operation of machinery and equipment caused by large particles and strong adhesive force of raw materials, or jamming of machinery and equipment caused by dirt left in dust removal equipment or short circuit fault of motor, resulting in machinery and equipment or damage, it is suggested that the customer bolt and install over-voltage protection equipment immediately.
V. the machine is suitable for continuous working system and allows positive and negative operation.
